• Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and business growth.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and company objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies to expand market presence and increase revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and business partners.
• Monitor branch sales performance, operational expenses, and profitability • Identify new business.
opportunities and potential customers in the industrial automation market.
• Prepare branch performance reports, sales forecasts, and business development plans.
• Ensure branch operations comply with company policies and management requirements.

Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in branch management, sales management, or industrial sales.
• Experience in industrial automation, electrical components, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a team, and achieve business targets.
• Mandarin language is COMPULSORY.
