Requirement:
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the sales team
• Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, and invoices
• Maintain and update sales records and customer databases
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing
• Follow up on deliveries, documentation, and customer inquiries
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or related field
• Experience in sales administration or office support is an advantage
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Mandarin language is COMPULSORY
