Requirement:
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business plans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations
Qualifications:
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales management or industrial sales
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Mandarin language is COMPULSORY
